Zemcor provides industry relevant training to staff at all levels.

Safety

Zemcor’s employees receives internal and external training as and when required. Particularly in relation to food safety in terms of the FSSC 22000 policy and standards.

Opportunity

Specific job opportunities and training are provided to unskilled workers who have not managed to reach matric education levels.

Funding

All training provided to Zemcor’s staff are funded and paid for by the company.
