Food Safety

Zemcor is one of the few wholly Black owned companies in the food ingredient industry to have a fully functional and internationally recognised Food Safety Management System (FSMS) accreditation.

FSMS at Zemcor has been developed and maintained by Zemcor’s Food Safety Management team.

This team includes five professionally qualified food technologists.

Furthermore, Zemcor is used as a training facility for Food Technology University students to complete an internship.
